Richard Howard, Managing Director

Richard is from a financial background and was a merchant banking consultant with the New Zealand Government Development Bank before establishing the PathwaysNZ business in the early 1990s. Since this time the business has continued to build upon Richard’s original vision for a high quality, people-focused service provider within the international migration community. Richard remains very active within the day-to-day PathwaysNZ business undertaking specialist case work while fulfilling key management and strategic roles particularly within the corporate business sector. He is also a member of various industry working groups.
Richard has been a member of the New Zealand Association of Migration & Investment Inc. (NZAMI) since 1992 and is the current National Chairman of this professional immigration advisers association - www.nzami.co.nz
When not in the office Richard is likely to be found on the golf course!
Anthony Callaghan, Immigration Manager

Originally from the UK, Anthony is a commercial lawyer who graduated from Auckland University with Law and Arts degrees. Prior to joining PathwaysNZ Anthony had practiced as a commercial lawyer and had previous immigration work experience with Malcolm Pacific in Auckland. Anthony advises on and administers a full and diverse range of immigration casework and has a successful background with business migration, appeal cases and Ministerial requests which utilise his legal expertise.
Anthony is a keen cricket and boxing fan and a member of the Rotorua Chamber of Commerce.

Heidi is a local from Hamilton, New Zealand, and has recently returned to Hamilton after a number of years overseas living in the UK, Ireland, Portugal and the USA. She graduated from the University of Waikato with a BMS (Hons) in Marketing and Tourism before working extensively in the travel and tourism industry where she gained first hand experience with visa processing and applications.
Heidi is a passionate rugby fan and loves playing hockey (when she is not injured!).

Susan is another Hamilton local and is a graduate of Waikato Polytechnic. She has over ten years experience assisting international students from within the immigration and international education industries. Susan's most recent position was with the University of Waikato Language Institute where she arranged group tours for international students and assisted them to obtain permits & visas and source suitable accommodation.
Susan is an avid sports fan who loves spending time socialising and making friends. She has also travelled extensively throughout Australia & the Pacific, Asia and the UK.

Shiella is from Manila, Philippines, where she worked for multinational corporations as a financial analyst. At present, she is studying a postgraduate diploma in Accountancy at the University of Waikato while working for PathwaysNZ as their Filipino advisor.
Shiella is a nature lover and gets pleasure from capturing picturesque sights in her digital camera.

Renee is from Shanghai, China, and graduated with a Bachelor of Management Studies degree at the University of Waikato in 2005. Renee undertakes a range of administrative work within the busy PathwaysNZ office and assists with immigration applications for PathwaysNZ Asian client base.
Renee enjoys travelling, working out at the gym and is an avid internet surfer.
