Martin King

IAA Licensed Immigration Adviser No: 201100533

Martin has been actively involved with Pathways since April 2009 as Director, co-owner, and a Licensed Immigration Adviser. He is based in our Wellington office.

Martin oversees the day-to-day operations of Pathways with a particular focus on client experience, as well as managing his own case load as an advisor. Capitalising on his extensive recruitment background, Martin specialises in employment related immigration requirements and managing Pathways’ portfolio of corporate relationships.

After holding senior management positions with a publicly listed technology recruitment company in the UK, Martin emigrated to New Zealand in 2006.

As a family man, Martin spends most of his spare time supporting his wife in ferrying their two children to the multitude of extracurricular activities they are involved in. Whether dance or sport, the family are always dashing from one activity to the next, and like nothing better than to combine these interests with travel. Martin’s ideal family holiday would be spent carving up the snow, or hitting the beach, hopefully with a ballet or musical production along the way. In an effort to keep up with his children and their active lifestyle and trying to delay the onset of older age, you’ll find Martin with his trainer at the gym most mornings before daybreak.

All of our advice is based upon one simple principle: What is in the best interests of our client.

“In matters of truth and justice, there is no difference between large and small problems, for issues concerning the treatment of people are all the same.” – Albert Einstein
