Operations Manager & Licensed Immigration Adviser

Charlotte joined Pathways® in October 2012 and has been a Licensed Immigration Adviser since 2013. Over the years, she has become a trusted and highly respected adviser to numerous well-known corporates, and hundreds of individual clients, particularly those navigating complex immigration challenges. Her expertise includes health and character waivers, Section 61 requests, deportation liability, and residence appeals. Charlotte continues to work on these matters at the highest level and regularly presents on these topics at immigration industry seminars.

As Operations Manager, Charlotte brings senior leadership to the Pathways® team. She plays a pivotal role in shaping how we engage with clients, support our advisers, and grow the overall Pathways® business. She also coordinates our key partnership with Engineering New Zealand Te Aro Rangahau. Charlotte’s focus remains firmly on delivering excellent outcomes for all our clients, while ensuring that Pathways® continues to be a place where advisers are supported to do their best work.

Charlotte embodies the Pathways® ethos of creating a positive and supported client experience. Her approach is grounded in empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to helping clients feel informed and empowered throughout their immigration journey. She is deeply invested in ensuring that every client receives expert guidance and genuine care.

Charlotte holds multiple degrees including a Bachelor and Masters of Laws (Honours), a Graduate Certificate in New Zealand Immigration Advice, and a Bachelor of Design (Fashion). She is an Enrolled Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand.

Based in Wellington, Charlotte balances her professional life with a busy home life shared with her husband, two energetic children, and a lively collection of pets. Her passion for learning and her commitment to helping others remain at the heart of everything she does.
