Katherine (Kaye) Allen

Executive Assistant

Katherine, or Kaye as she is more commonly known around the office, joined Pathways to New Zealand® in 2025 as an Executive Assistant. Kaye comes from an international background having completed her studies from educational institutions in the Philippines, the United States, and New Zealand.

Prior to moving to New Zealand, Kaye worked as a senior trade specialist in the Philippines’ Government international trade department and alongside multilateral institutions including the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) and the World Trade Organization (WTO). Then, after working as a corporate lawyer for one of the biggest conglomerates in the Philippines, she joined her partner in his posting to China where she managed corporate social responsibility for an international charity caring for migrant children.

In her role as Executive Assistant Kaye provides wide-ranging support across the Pathways’ business with her key focus being on supporting the management team.

Kaye holds Bachelor of Arts and Master in Business Administration degrees and is a qualified (JD), and currently licensed, Philippine lawyer. She also holds various other diploma and certificate qualifications.

Kaye is an avid playground visitor with her daughter on weekends!
