Providing care as part of a team to young people between the ages of 12-24 that cover several issues from chronic health conditions, developmental concerns, mental health issues, high risk behaviors and gender diverse and transgender health care. You will help delivery information and skills which enables patients to manage their health and be part of the community
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Good communication skills and an interest in youth heath
• Current NZ Nursing Council Annual Practicing certificate
• Full and clean driver’s license
• Minimum of 12 months experience as a registered nurse
