We are looking for a qualified Specialist Dermatologist to assist in providing high quality consultant services for the dermatology department. The position involves supervision of advanced trainees, dermatology nurses and medical students. The service provides medical dermatology care to a population of 350,000 patients and tertiary services to 850,000. The role requires a candidate with outstanding professionalism, and a commitment to providing a team based service of excellence. You must be eligible for vocational registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand.
Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience and expertise in Dermatology
Subspecialty interests will be considered.
Hold post graduate specialist qualifications and registration in Dermatology
Be eligible for an Annual Practicing Certificate and vocational scope of Dermatology with the Medical Council of New Zealand.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing medical education.

Health New Zealand has a Collective Employment Agreement in place across all their Districts offering :
Annual leave: 6 weeks
CME Allowance and Leave - $16,000/2 weeks
$185,000 - $268,000 Base salary + allowances for job size, on call and availability.
