David Fourie

Singer/SongwriterIn South Africa, David was a famous professional singer with two gold-selling albums and, averaging over 200 live and television performances a year.

Pathways assisted David with his work and residence visa applications after being introduced by a close family member, and Pathways has also subsequently assisted with visa work for David’s family. In New Zealand David has reinvented his singing and acting career and has contributed his significant talents to benefitting a number of local charities. Rugby followers will also have seen David singing the South African national anthem at the South African – All Blacks test matches.

Roy Larke

Senior Lecturer (Marketing), University of WaikatoRoy Larke is a senior university lecturer who migrated from the UK along with his wife and their two young children. The family had previously spent many years living and working in Japan and Singapore. Pathways assisted the Larke family with their initial temporary visa requirements and subsequent skilled migrant residence application.

Harry Chawla

Owner/Operator, New World Supermarket Harry is originally from India and took, what we refer to as, the Study Pathway to Residence. He was the first non-New Zealand born owner-operator of a New World supermarket and is an ambitious and now very successful entrepreneur. Pathways has a long relationship with Harry, having assisted him personally with work, residence, and citizenship, and more recently assisting his wife, parents, brothers, and his employees’ immigration requirements.

Jason Eales

Software Engineer & OlympianJason is a software tester with LIC, one of New Zealand’s leading AgriScience companies. Originally from South Africa he migrated to join his family in NZ. Despite a disability from an accident Jason is a keen sportsman and since coming to NZ has developed a passion for shooting. In 2016 he achieved his dream and competed at the Rio Olympics in 2016. Pathways assisted Jason with his skilled migrant residence application and his New Zealand citizenship under special ministerial direction to enable him to represent New Zealand at the Olympics.

Denis & Marie Helene Ulcoq

Insurance Professionals & Rugby EnthusiastsDenis and Marie Helene are originally from Mauritius. The couple fell in love with New Zealand when visiting for the 2011 Rugby World Cup and worked with Pathways to design a plan to migrate permanently. Pathways assisted them with temporary visas and subsequent skilled migrant residence. Since coming to New Zealand their family has grown after they welcomed the birth of their son Enzo – who was born a ready-made All Blacks fan!
