Community Nurse – Diabetes Specialisation

Looking for an experienced nurse working at Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) level with experience in the field of diabetes.
DUTIES
You will be delivering assessment, support and assisting with the treatments and any required follow up of people living with diabetes. You will work with inpatient MDT and consult with lead clinicians regarding both adult and paediatric care
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Registered with the nursing council of New Zealand
• Postgraduate Certificate/Diploma in specialty nursing practice
• 4-5 years post registration experience in diabetes specialty
