Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Engineer to join their Engineering Services department. Reporting to the Engineering Services Manager, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our division, with a strong focus on delivering results safely.
This role will be based in Hamilton, Waikato and occasional weekend work may be required.

About the Role
Set up and manage the Safety and Quality Plans, working with the Project Manager to meet client and PFS objectives.
Provide Engineering skills to assist the team in implementation of the works.
Providing timely information to ensure key stakeholders are engaged to meet client deadlines.
Procure materials and plan resources for maintenance and project works.
Manage all maintenance documentation including drawings and correspondence with client, suppliers, and subcontractors.
Act as direct point of contact with client and their advisors or team. Manage the interface between PFS and client on commercial, contractual, and technical issues.
Working with the Project Managers to forecast and achieve your budget, prepare monthly reports including forecast final costs.
Work with the Project Managers to exceed financial goals, quality expectations and deliver on time in a safe manner.
Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with PFS QA systems and processes.
Build a positive long-term working relationship with clients.
To carry out all accident and incident investigations, reporting as required.
